What the assistant does
Our AI assistant is available 24/7 to help you find products, get bulk pricing guidance, check shipping information, and connect you with our sales team for larger orders. It's trained on the full AUKSales catalog and refreshes daily.
- Helps you find the right products — school supplies, office packs, wholesale bundles, electronics
- Asks smart questions (quantity, use case, product type) to give better recommendations
- Links directly to product pages, collections, and store policies — no dead ends
- Connects you to our sales team for volume discounts and custom orders
- Responds in the language you write in — English or Urdu
- Handles order status, returns, and post-sale questions
What the assistant will never do
- Pressure you into a purchase or use aggressive tactics
- Make up prices, discounts, or availability it cannot confirm
- Guess or invent external URLs — it only shares links from the approved list below
- Answer questions unrelated to AUKSales (news, politics, medical advice, etc.)
- Share your conversation with any third party
Approved external links
The AI assistant is only permitted to share the following verified external links. It will never generate, guess, or link to any other outside URL. If a customer asks for a link not on this list, the assistant will direct them to our team instead.

💡 For customers: If you ask the assistant for a link to our Walmart, eBay, Amazon, or social pages, it will give you the exact verified URL above — nothing else. The AI will never direct you to any other external website.
Getting the best results
The more context you share, the better the assistant can help. When asking about products or bulk pricing, mention:
- Quantity — how many units do you need?
- Purpose — school, office, retail resale, or personal use?
- Product type — ruled, graph, composition, sketch, etc.
- Timeline — when do you need the order?
- Location — where will it ship? (We ship within the contiguous US only)
💡 Example: "I need 300 ruled notebooks for a school, can I get a volume discount?" gets a much more useful answer than just "notebooks".
Privacy & confidentiality

Please avoid entering sensitive business details such as internal pricing agreements, supplier contracts, financial figures, passwords, or personal ID numbers. Treat this chat the same as any public-facing contact form. For sensitive matters, contact our team directly.
