AUKSales ships within the contiguous United States only. Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Our preferred shipping partner is UPS.

We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders are shipped on the next available shipping day. If your order is placed before 11:00 AM on a shipping day, we can ship it the same day.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery as reported by the carrier. Returns received after this window are not eligible. All returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

  • Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all items unopened.
  • No partial returns will be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and may include a restocking fee.
  • If an order is short-shipped, incorrect, or damaged, we will issue a full credit for the product amount.
