AUKSales will never ask for your password via email. If you receive such a request, please report it to support@auksales.com immediately.

All transactions on AUKSales are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We accept major credit cards and follow strict PCI compliance standards. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

โ†ฉ๏ธ Return Policy

All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, as reported by the carrier, to qualify for a return. Requests received after this window are not eligible.

  • All returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
  • Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all items unopened.
  • No partial returns will be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and may include a restocking fee.
  • If an order is short-shipped, the wrong product was sent, or merchandise is damaged or defective, a full credit will be issued.
  • No returns or damage reports will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
Please note: Buyer's Remorse returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items purchased with a promotional code are final sale unless the return is due to an error on AUKSales' part.
